If you are worried that you’ll go to court as a counselor, you’re right. But just like Dorothy, you have help in this adventure and there is a way to navigate the Yellow Brick Road. This workshop will take a thorough look at factors related to litigation, court, and custody that complicate mental health treatment. Participants will be empowered with a blend of information and interventions to best serve their clients and protect themselves.
Live webinar will be limited to 40 participants who are able to engage throughout the course of the webinar. In-person will be limited to 45 participants who are able to follow social distance & masking guidelines. Cancellation/refund policy has been amended to: Any cancellations received up until 1 week prior to the workshop are eligible for a full refund. Any cancellations received after May 7th are eligible for a 50% refund or 100% credit towards a future workshop. In-person registrants will have the option of transferring to the webinar due to illness.
*Attending session 1 on 04-26-2019 or 05-14-2021 is a prerequisite. Meets Montana Board of Behavioral Health Requirements for 6 LCSW & LCPC CE hours.
